This option is for clients who are uninsured or choose to not file through their insurance carrier.
Assessment $125
50-60 Minute session $70
All individuals will receive a Good faith estimate to be signed.
Emotional Support Animal LEtters
This is a self-pay service and cannot be billed through insurance.
Assessment for non-established clients: $100 (established clients of 4 or more sessions do not need an assessment)
Letter: $75 (established clients of 4 or more sessions)
Letter: $95 (non-established clients)
Income requirements must be met.
